I Just Quit My Job

I just quit my job.

After 25 years helping other people build their companies, I'm starting my own business.

It’s daunting.
It’s exciting.
It’s happening.

I began my career building applications for News Corporation, Cablevision, and Major League Baseball.

Then I took a sales role at Logicworks, a web hosting shop with 30 employees and a $5 million valuation. We turned it into a strategic cloud consultancy worth over $250 million and got acquired by Cox Communications.

Along the way, I got promoted to VP, Product Marketing and got a Master of Science at Columbia.

Recently, I was Head of Product Strategy at Bespin Global, an inspiring data/AI consulting firm founded in Seoul.

Looking back, there’s one theme that’s stood out across every company: the need for a product strategy that aligns sales, marketing, and operations. When that strategy worked, we soared — beating sales targets, launching standout products, and earning rave reviews. When it didn’t, even the most talented teams struggled to move forward.

My big revelation was that successful product strategy isn’t magic. It’s achievable, you just have to make it a priority. It starts with a clear value proposition. That’s how you align your products and pricing. You identify the right prospects. Marketing educates them. Sales zeroes in on their specific challenges. It’s not complicated, but it takes focus and clarity.

That’s exactly what Antimatter Consulting delivers. Change can happen in weeks, not months. You’ll spend a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee. And the results will be transformative.

For everyone out there who I’ve had the privilege of working with over the years, thank you!

I can’t wait to share this new journey.
